LEADERSHIP
Prior to forming Gate Infrastructure, Tim was a leader and top performer with the CBRE Data Center Solutions Group and the Colliers Technology Solutions Group.
In his personal life, Tim is a Grammy nominated recording artist and has recorded or performed with musical talents such as Jimmy Buffett, Hall & Oates, Zac Brown Band, Shawn Mullins, Graham Nash, the Allman Brothers, and Kansas. In 2023, he released his album, “Sweet Georgia Peaches.”
Inspired by a desire to give back to his community, Tim enjoys supporting the Atlanta Mission’s efforts to help those experiencing homelessness. And he regularly volunteers his time serving children and veterans at Zac Brown’s Camp Southern Ground.
Previously, J.J. was a Business Development Project Manager at Georgia Power, the largest subsidiary of Southern Company. He was responsible for providing electrical expertise to support Georgia Power and the State of Georgia’s economic development efforts to bring new businesses to Georgia.
J.J. earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Georgia, and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Georgia State University.
In his personal life, J.J. enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, playing tennis and golf, and volunteering through his church. In the community, J.J. has spent many years in support of the Aflac Cancer and Blood Disorders Center of Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.
Among many sectors in commercial real estate, Kay was part of the technology solutions group with Colliers, focusing on real estate solutions for data center owners, operators, and end-users.
As a Japanese native, Kay attended the Japan Women’s University’s high school in Kawasaki, Japan. She is an active member of the Japanese community in Atlanta, and a member of Georgia Japanese Chamber of Commerce.
Kay believes in giving back to the community. She is currently on the Board of National Charity League East Cobb chapter, as well as the President of the Center for Advanced Studies Foundation at Wheeler Magnet High School.
